hi everybody ,iam a new member here ,as i just graduate form university ,and start my career just 3 months ,my job mainly on sending Email and translate somthing ,so is not tighted ,but sometimes i confused ,on which aspect it will help me if i change another job ,our company mainy produce cutting tool and measuring tools
On the way of life, everyone is a greenhand, for none of us have another chance, nothing could be reversed. We are pursuing our dreams. Sometimes we may be puzzled, feel tired or doubt for the value of life, but after while, we start again, life is like a journey!
haha, you can learn many thing from your job now, when you can understand these and know how to do.i think it is easy for you to look for new job.so you are not hurry, you have to learn some you don't know to adapt you to new condition, i am sure you work hard and work for al least a year.
even you don't know, how can we help you? only three months, you must not know too many thing in your field. As you are like a white paper, you can choose a total new job related your major, maybe have nothing with your job now.
Set up a goal and plan for it, if you don't have a goal, no one can help you. I don't think you have a plan of changing job evrery three month.
develope your histroy, then look for your new job, remenber no good experience no good job
thank you all ,i know what should i do ,as a greenhand in career ,sometimes i miss the days in the university, but the real life will not only stay in that four years ,maybe just adapt my mind ,pursue the chocolate life ,do better ,belive myself ,thank you again
No one can lead you to the proper way because you are unique, everyone is unique. I had worked for a great company for seven years and left with disappointment and sadness, during these days, i had been struggled, had a wife, but i felt worked in there like wasting my life. At last, everthing gone like i had never been there because of many reasons which is a long story, but i'm not young any more. So my opinion is: give yourself limited time, if you make sure that the job you can't bear then leave without hesitation. Good luck.
You wanna have a change after 3 months only? Have you ever thought about what advantage you've got? Do you really deserve a higher salary? If you were the employer, what you might get from green hand just like yourself?
I think these are the questions you must ask yourself.
Think about a second time what you can do, before any change happens.
i graduated from university in July ,2007.so there are only a limited amount of chances in front of me!!My salary is ok,2000 RMB per month. Money is critical for me ,but good learning envirment is much more important. so ,i am now thinking of quitting my job before the spring festival,But some of my acquaintance suggest me to stay here at leat one year, then i have expericence ,i can find a better one111Confused!!!!
Wish U a good luck
I agree with the ninth floor on problems for changing a new job . Although now slary is not high,we can learn a lot exprience from work . Work experience is very important for our engineer.Another is special english, everyone ,please work hard from now on
Why do you want to change another job without trying to learn the professional knowledge from your now job? Just do your best for your job, you will find more and more things to learn.
no matter what you are doing now,the key is that you must make it clear what field you are interested in.this is very important.because you can change your job to the field you are fond of when your current contract expires. as for your current job,i think you can make full use of the spare time you have to learn something useful to you preparing for the forthcoming future. being a newly-graduated engineer,i feel, the most important thing is to accumulate our special knowledge.
good luck.
if you think that job didn't fit you or you don't like it,i think you can change it ,because in the sense is wasting times.
Does production management need to very familiar with autocad and some mechanics? I majored in industrial engineer,I haved worked as sales for six months after graduation, then as an engineer ,responsible for new product introduction in an electrial manufactor company ,because of limited promotion ,I give up that work! now I am in a small company, which is building now, i will be responsible for production management, because of lacking of mechanics engineers,so i am learning Autocad and solidedge software,i can operate basic drawing now, when i join in this dicussion ,finding still so many to learn ,the pressure is so high,I am confused now, need to get suggestion!
